What is your delivery time?
We normally deliver orders between 4 to 8 working days. Express delivery is available in 2 working days subject to an additional charge.
How do I get measured?
You can visit our store or call us to arrange our VIP visiting tailors to visit your home or office. Our representative will take all the necessary measurements and style requirements.
What are your store timings?
We are open Saturday to Thursday10am to 10pm, Friday 4pm to 11pm.
How can I place an order with Byerley?
Byerley is a complete shopping extravaganza and offers multiple sales channels. You may order online, visit us at our boutique in Al Nuaija or Al Tawar Mall or book for an appointment for your personal tailor to visit you at a place of your convenience.
How can I make a booking?
There are multiple ways which you can make a booking. Online, or you could simply call our number 800 8888 and our customer service representatives can schedule the booking for you.
Which City do you deliver to?
We deliver all our ready to wear products nationwide, however, our custom Thobe orders where a visiting tailor is required is available all over Qatar.
Do you take international orders?
Yes we take international orders. However, there are shipping charges depending on which country you are ordering from. Delivery within Qatar is free.
Do you offer Thobe for kids?
Yes we make Thobe for kids and the procedure is the same, you could order online, visit our boutique or request for a visiting tailor to come to the place convenient to you.
Are the prices for kids' Thobes the same?
No, for kids below (height (50 inches)), our prices are, Silver 175 QR. Gold 250 QR, Platinum 350 QR.
How will I provide my measurements?
You may provide these online if you have them handy using our easy to follow guidelines or you may request for a visiting tailor to come to you in either case for new customers. We insist for trial fitting first before proceeding with the complete order, so you have a worry free guarantee that your requirements are met.
Will my measurements be saved for future orders?
Your complete order history, style and measurements will be saved for any re-orders, you will be asked at the time of re-order if you require any adjustments. This provides you a unique ease to re-order without having to go through the entire procedure again and your re-order can be placed online with just a click.
How long does it take to get a Thobe made?
Our delivery timings are 7 days for a customs Thobe. Prior to that we recommend a trial fitting which can be done in 2 working days before proceeding with balance of order.
